Summerlaod statement of revised salaries and allowances hae not yet been completed as your approval has not yet been received for administrative and certain professional time scales, nor for cost of living allowances on salaries of 81,500 and over. Summary will be made au soon as practicable,
I shall be communicating with you later regarding arrangements for the revision of salaries for officere at present on leave and of pensions for officers who have retired since 1947 and are eligible for retrospective adjustments.
